Ground Beef Stroganoff

A long time ago my friend made me this and now I make it all the time. Enjoy!

Ingredients: (for 4 small servings or 2 large)

1/2 lb ground beef

1 can cream of mushroom soup, I use the 98% fat free but use what you like

sour cream

wide egg noodles, I use whole wheat

vegetable of your choosing, I use corn

garlic bread

To Make:

If making garlic bread, preheat your oven according to the box. Brown your beef in a skillet, I like to use my cast iron. When the ground beef is browned, pour in your cream of mushroom soup and mix the beef into it. Mix about 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream into the beef and cream of mushroom soup. Season with garlic powder and onion powder to taste. T also likes to add in salt and pepper. Make your egg noodles according to the package. Serve with the noodles mixed into the sauce, or pour the sauce on top of the noodles and a vegetable on the side with garlic bread. If you're making your noodles and garlic bread at the same time as the sauce, then the entire meal should take about 20 minutes to half an hour from start to finish.

Sorry guys, my life is relatively boring and I don't have much of a story for you this time. It's been a busy week at work and I've gone to work, gone to the gym, and then come home and veg out in my chair for a few hours. I have been working on some coffee recipes lately that I think are pretty good, so I might make another coffee post in the next few weeks. I don't think I have the time to make a new recipe every single day like I was trying to do, so I'll probably do two to three a week going forward, it just makes my evenings a little too long if I have to cook something new every night. Plus I end up with a lot of leftovers that, unfortunately, don't get eaten. I hope you try this out and make it! It's really good and honestly I'm so glad I grabbed the recipe when I did a long time ago.
